** The request must be made in written form, addressed to the Executive Office of the Board of Administration of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University from Iași, and submitted to the Registry office located in Building A of the University (Carol I Boulevard, no. 11), at least 15 days before the date of the event.
The time interval for which the fee will be charged begins from the moment when the applicant brings the first materials (speakers, video cameras, etc.) and will end when the applicant leave from the requested space.

The employees and students of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iași, the children under 3 years old, people with disabilities and their companions, children from orphanages or foster care, as well as war veterans have free access.
|
People with reduced mobility, who use a wheelchair can benefit from assistance in carrying out the visit in safe conditions, both in the outdoor and indoor sections (greenhouses). The assistance must be requested with 48 hours before the visit, by phone, email or directly, at the entrance to the Botanical Garden, located in Dumbrava Roşie Street.
Please notify the institution by phone or email, with 48 hours in advance, if specialized guidance is wanted.
Facilities that visitors with reduced mobility can use free of charge:
- • fixed and mobile ramps for overcoming stairs, thresholds and other obstacles;
- • marking of access routes in interior and exterior spaces;
- • elevator for access to the new greenhouses.
